Baked Whitefish Recipe

2 Whitefish filets about 2 lbs
6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
Remove skin from the Whitefish filets and wash with cold water. Dry the filets with paper towels. Coat the bottom of the baking pan with one tablespoon of the butter. Place the filets skin side down in the baking dish. Cut several 1/8 inch pads of butter and place on top of the filets. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until the filets flake. Sprinkle the parsley flakes on top of the filets prior to serving. Serves four.
