Hot Cheesy Smoked Trout Dip

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise (do not use fat free mayonnaise)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
8 ounces of Brick Cheese shredded
3/4 cup of Smoked Trout, boneless and skin removed, finely minced
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Using a 1 quart microwave safe bowl, heat the sour cream and mayonnaise on high for 1 minutes. Stir occasionally, after each 30 second interval. Stir in the Brick Cheese, Lemon Peel, Minced Smoked Trout, Parmesan Cheese, and spices. Microwave on High for 1 minute, remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the mixture again. Repeat the heating and the stirring process 3 to 4 times till all ingredients are blended together and smooth. Serve warm with crackers.
