Yellow Bird Planner Boards Allows multiple fishing lines to be used when trolling Yellow bird planner boards are used to place lures or bait up to 150 feet or more to either side of the boat. The fishing line is held in a release clip. When a fish strikes your lure, the line is released and the planner board slides down the line.
