Ordering Options:

Online Orders- We have a secure shopping cart system with credit card ordering. You will only be asked for your name, addresss and credit card information when checking out and completing your order.

Mail Orders - Use the online shopping cart system. When you have completed your order, Click checkout, You will be asked to type your name, phone number and addresss, Then print your order, enclose check, money order or credit card information and mail to:

Mail orders with checks or money orders from US Banks will take at least 5 business days. Mail orders with checks or money orders from International Banks will be held till the funds clear.

Fax Orders - (USA Orders Only) Use the online shopping cart system. When you have completed your order, Click checkout, You will be asked to type your name, addresss, and credit card information. Then print your order and Fax to: 224-789-7823. If you do not wish to Fax a credit card number, type Call for Verification in the place provided for the credit card number. We till then call your phone number provided to obtain your credit card number. The name and address must match the name and address on file for the credit card and we will not ship to another address.

Customer Service Information:

We ship US Post Office Priority mail for all tackle orders.

We ship UPS Next Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver for all frozen bait orders.

All items are subject to availability. If an item is listed on the product pages, we generally have them in stock. If we are out of stock on an item we remove that item from the product pages. If we run out of an item during an order, you will be contacted via email and asked if you would like a refund or replacement item for the item that is out of stock. We prefer not to do backorders. Several manufactures and distributors have taken months to ship products.

Returned Check Fee is $50.00 for all returned checks.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval. If a refund is provided on a credit card order, it will only be refunded to the same credit card via a credit return.

No returns will be accepted on opened electronics.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Illinois Residents will be charged Illinois Sales Tax if applicable.
