I started fishing Kenosha harbor at first light. Setup one rod with a Golden Roach below a slip bobber. The wind was not a factor and the bobber stayed where cast. A second fishing rod was used to cast different lures. The same lure from the prior day that had some hits received no action. Some fish were observed splashing on the far side of the harbor out of casting range with the minnow type lures. I switched to ¼ to ½ ounce spoons, Kastmasters and Krocodiles were used. The only hit of the morning came on a Gold ¼ ounce Krocodile spoon. The steelhead was about 5 pounds, took some quick photos and released the fish. Stayed about another hour with no action then went home to do yard work. I did not see any other fish caught.
